Turbo chargers come with a limited one year warranty on workmanship. All warranty chargers must be shipped back for disassembly and inspection to determine if workmanship is at fault. If workmanship is at fault a replacement will be shipped. Warranty does not cover abuse, negligence, oil contamination, foreign debris, overspeeding or improper installation. Warranty does not cover down time, installation or removal costs, shipping costs or lost revenue. 

Inspect turbocharger and make sure nothing is missing, or damaged and that every item that was ordered is included within 30 days. After 30 days I will not be responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect items. Customers must use due diligence in making sure all items have arrived properly and correctly, turbochargers shipped in must include shipping policy signed and dated inside the box. Email us for this information. 

I suggest using Hot Shot Secret or other high quality engine oil.

We do not offer returns, refunds or order cancellations. 

500 core charge will be applied during shipping on select turbochargers. Core must be returned within 60 days of delivery in order to receive core charge back. Core must be include actuator and be in rebuildable shape otherwise no core refund will be given.

If a turbocharger is returned to sender for any reason, the purchaser of said turbo/item will be charged shipping again to re ship the item.

What’s Covered

If your turbocharger fails due to a verified manufacturing defect, Fenley Turbo will:

  • Repair the turbocharger, or

  • Replace it with a new or remanufactured unit (at our discretion)

Typical covered failures include:

  • Bearing defects

  • Shaft or wheel component defects

  • Seal and internal component failures caused by workmanship issues

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover issues caused by:

  • Improper installation

  • Oil starvation, contamination, or lack of lubrication

  • Foreign object damage (debris ingestion)

  • Overspeeding, overboosting, unsafe tuning, or excessive EGTs

  • Engine modifications or incompatible parts

  • Racing or competition use

  • Everyday wear and tear

  • Labor costs, towing, or vehicle damage

  • Shipping costs

  • Cosmetic defects

How to File a Claim

  1. Contact Fenley Turbo to start a claim.

  2. Ship the turbocharger to us for inspection (shipping paid by customer).

  3. Provide proof of purchase and warranty receipt.

  4. If the failure is confirmed to be a defect, we repair or replace it at no charge.

OEM TURBOCHARGERS CAN BE REBUILT TO OEM SPEC FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS CAN SEND IN CORES AND BE REBUILT TO OEM SPECS. NO PERFORMANCE MODIFICATIONS!!!!!
